Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds/returns. However, we do accept exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

• The size is incorrect

• The item is damaged upon arrival

To be eligible for an exchange:

• A request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

2. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us at sea.bisht@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the exchange.

Once your exchange request is approved:

• You will be responsible for an additional 4 KD shipping fee.

• We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.

3. Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is out of stock, we will offer alternatives.

• We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet our conditions (e.g., worn items, missing tags, requests beyond the 24-hour window).
